I have always been a little put off by the Mies Van Der Rohe-like presence of the Resort at Squaw Creek. Thus, I was not inclined to visit there until invited by friends. We met for drinks and dinner at Sandy's Pub. Everyone wanted the ribs, but since I had eaten ribs earlier in the week, I chose a steak... More

We had a decent Fish and Chips and a steak sandwich. The server was very helpful. The game was on and the sound was on the TV very loud. This would be a great lunch spot if you are eating outside, beautiful views in the day time.

The service was great and the view outstanding. The ribs and salad were excellent. The kitchen took some time to prepare food so they comped a mud pie dessert. There is a fire pit in the evening and kids enjoyed the smores.

Nice view of pool area at Resort at Squaw valley. Service slow but it was a very busy Labor Day weekend. Food just O.K. and a bit pricey but average for the area.

Bring a jacket if you want to sit outdoor in the evening. It is cool even in the summer. The food here is delicious. We had the steak sandwich, nacho, fish taco, salad, and fish & chips. All were excellent. (Fish & chips can be bigger portion.) If you are staying in the hotel, this is a great casual place... More

We asked and received outside seating. The portions were generous. This is pub fare and so it is fried and served with fries. Our server was Haley, who was a delight to meet. The restaurant met expectations for pub food at a first class resort.

Beautiful wood accents line the walls and the bar in this well maintained pub. The bartenders were patient and were able to make suggestions re: food and unique drinks. The prices are to be expected as the bar is in the Resort at Squaw Creek.

Sandy's is located at the Resort at Squaw Creek. This a lovely upscale resort. That being said I would expect a better caliber of food. The menu at Sandy's is very limited. While it is a pub, the food choices are very uninspired and the quality is mediocre. The cup of tortilla soup I ordered was very average and taxed... More

3.5 Sandy's Pub is in the Resort at Squaw Creek. We ate dinner there once while we were at the resort on vacation. Ambience pretty decent, TV's showing sports, family friendly, although I'll mention that my chair back was uncomfortable. I eventually forgot about it. My husband had a charbroiled burger. You were able to choose 2 unique toppings from... More
