We found this cute BBQ and ate 3 meals during our one week stay in Ojai. We sampled the tri tip, pulled pork and their home made sausages and really can't pick a favorite as they were all exceptional. Great service, good food and a friendly owner made us keep coming back. First night in Ojai, looking for good food, good price in a relaxed environment. Found this spot in Ojai magazine. Looked it up on Trip advisor and was sold when I heard about pulled pork and tri tip sandwiches. Food is deliscious! Both tri tip and pulled pork, also had onion rings and curly fries. The TripAdvisor address says Ojai but if you are a local you know it is really in Meiners Oaks down the road and around the corner. Situated at the corner of Roblar and Lomita, it is a little difficult to find because it sits at the back of a building that fronts on Roblar. But finding it is worth it.... More

MeinersOaks,ElRoblar,signto the Right. Confusing entrance:kitchen door open,.I'd close it or use a screen door. Lured by the smoky fragrance: I thought"What's that, little BBQ chicken?
