Flavorful Food

First time eating here and I was not disappointed. Fish and chips are a treat for me because I don't normally eat anything fried, however their fish was not at all greasy and the taste was outstanding. The guy greeting us at the cash register was friendly, informative, and had a great attitude. That being said, I have had much better clam chowder out of a can, my salad was brown, and there was not a whole lot of fish in the largely hollow deep fried batter I was served. Adding insult to injury, the price for... More

The fish n Chips are great. The prices are good and they have large portions. The clam strips were also great. They have seating inside and on the patio. They were always busy but the food wait time wasn't long and it was hot and great tasting. We would good there again.

Fish taco had burned fish and way over sauced cabbage. Dirty.seating. Soggy and overall disappointing in spite of ratings in newspaper.

This is a great spot for a fish taco. I was here with my husband. For $9.00 we got two huge (full filets) fish tacos, fries, and a drink. The whole experience was great. The food was awesome, service was fast and friendly, and what better way to eat a fish taco then looking out on the harbor?! Overall a... More

After going kayaking in the harbor there, we were pretty hungry for lunch so popped right in. My husband had the standard fish and chips, I had their lunch special of one piece of fish, one shrimp and I chose fried zucchini as my side. Don't be fooled and thinking "One fish and one shrimp? Can you possibly get full... More

The batter on the fresh fish was amazing, malt vinegar at the table just what good fish and chips requires. Short of English hand cut chips this was a meal well enjoyed by our whole family.

It is worth the trip, and if you have to drive from San Diego or San Clemente you must come here. Best fish and chips I have had in my 70 years on Planet Earth. The harbor, ambience will make you feel good, and once you taste the seafood, you will know what I am talking about. Captains platter is... More

Just minutes from the OFF ramp. Plenty of parking behind the train tracks. Nice view from the outside patio. Order the Fish and Chips and get your own sauces. The place is packed all the time. So be patient. Order the Large 3 piece portion with fries and extra fries and it will feed 2 adults and 2 small kids... More
