Our son took us there for brunch on a Sunday. We got right in and sat down, served quickly and friendly. The owner went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for every table. The decor and atmosphere is fantastic. We all had breakfast and it was Excellent. My son and friends eat there almost weekly. Will... More

We were looking for a breakfast place on the way home from San Diego and ran across this place. Right on the main drag, Pacific Coast Highway. It's 1980's Music themed. My wife is a bit of a picky eater and doesn't like her hash browns grilled in oil. Our waitress, Portia suggested they could be pan fried without oil.... More

Had breakfast with friends here and we were seated immediately. The place is small but it is clean, very airy and bright. the choices are ok. Nothing special in the menu. They offer traditional American breakfast. The price is fair. We had the Two Two Two, Bacon and eggs and the American breakfast. Service was fast except that we have... More

I looked at my notes and then looked at the TA reviews. I am definitely at odds with the majority of reviews. We tried to get into BCDC several times. When we did get in we saw why the line-ups were so long. A ridiculously slow kitchen output capacity Somewhere between 25 to 30 minutes between ordering and plates on... More

Went over for breakfast before heading back home to Vegas. No wait, got to sit as soon as we walked in. Coffee was pretty good. Ordered the corned beef hash with eggs- food was good! Julie our waitress was very attentive and cheerful. Great relaxed atmosphere. Enjoyed looking at 80's memorabilia. Would love to go there again for a casual... More

Stopped in during our drive thru the area. Great little spot with 80s movie posters decorated inside. Food was good and there was basic diner food offerings. We all found something to choose from.

Yummy food in generous portions. Fun murals, posters and pictures on the walls. Reasonable prices. Try the strawberry waffle. A mountain of strawberries.

I'm not usually a "OMG MY SERVER" kind of a guy. I don't ask a lot of a server - get my order right, refill my drinks, be moderately pleasant. It's hard for me to be disappointed by a server. It's also hard for me to be wowed by one. Which makes my experience at BCDC that much more remarkable.... More
