Good casual pizza and beer

We ate at 3645 San Pablo Emeryville location at 9pm. Friendly staff. Plain long room with large TV screens for sports. The large pizza is 18inches on thin crispy crust. We did herbivore, vegetarian. No problem adding Canadian bacon to half. The bear Republic racer 5 was identified as a... read more

We ordered an 18″ Neapolitan pizza here for supper. It was a thin crust pizza half topped with onions and green peppers and the other half Hawaiian (ham and pineapple). The pizza was quite tasty but the toppings were pretty sparse for a $31 pizza. The only good thing was the no-tipping policy. Not a good value.

Nothing to get excited about, but if you are walking by and have a craving for a slice of warmed up pizza, give it a shot. Food was good, but not the best

Certainly above average pizza but not in the "gourmet" class. Now $30 for the small size which is way too expensive. Add a couple of $7 beers and a small salad and it will be about $60 for pizza and bee for 2. I much prefer other places in the neighborhood, even across the street, at that price. (would rate... We enjoy going to this restaurant when we visit our granddaughter in Oakland. They have a nice area for families and also another section with a bar sports TV. They have a good variety of pizza, the salads are awesome and the lasagna is great. Our son says the variety of beer is very good. I would definitely recommend this... More

Stopped by while we were exploring the Temescal/Telegraph area when we had just moved to Oakland. Pretty nice beer selection, which I think is the norm for the Bay Area. Sat at the bar and enjoyed a slice of pizza, there is a lot of variety and the waitress/bartenders were friendly.

I rarely review pizza places, since everyone has their own tastes and preferences. But this place took me back to my old hometown experience. The pizza was very good, and they had a great selection of brews and wine. But the real enjoyment was how relaxed you could fee. the setup is quite spacious and the crowds are all having... More

The food was fine but but that is not the main attraction for me. It is a good place to come with friends and have a beer, they have all the micro-brews, no matter what your taste. Neither beer nor the food is particularly inexpensive but the establishment is very casual, service is excellent and I always have a good... More

had lunch with friends and this was terrific. Service was a little slot to start but was good at the end. The server was eventually friendly and prompt with our order. The pizza was delicious and was more than enough for our group. Definitely a good product. The crust was thin and tasty. Loved the pepperoni and mushrooms. Will return... More

This is close to where our son, daughter in law live and they go there often. They have a little area where kids can gather and draw together on the chalk board. If you like thin crust pizza, as we do, it is really good.
