Went here for lunch and had a fish sandwich. It was OK, but I'd go with something else the next time. My associate had a full blown meal (beef stroganoff) and said it was excellent. The place had a bit of a musty smell to it, but being next to the water probably was it. I wouldn't say it will... More

Fun spot on the water where one can watch kayaks and sculls going past while having a burger and a beer....or a full-on meal at pretty good prices. Peanuts on the table make for good snacking and throwing the shells on the floor is even more fun. Downstairs is more sedate, quiet eating, upstairs is the more noisy bar and... More

Cockroach came out of the breadbasket from which we had been eating at meal end. Showed it to busser--he was going to flick it back home inside the restaurant. . .showed it to waiter and we were told thank you. No sorry. . .no comps. . .nothing. AVOID this place.

We had family coming in for a quick overnight trip and this restaurant was conveniently located near their airport hotel. Long flight here, tired kids - all vanished as we were seated at a window overlooking the water. The food was fine - nothing to rave about - tasty and fresh with adequate portions - but the kicker was fantastic... More

I like to eat in the less formal upstairs. No reservations taken for upstairs but the baskets fo,peanuts are great, stepping on peanut shells as you watch boats go by on he Estaury is the ambiance. Menu has something for everyone. Food is well prepared and prices are reasonable.

Quinn's is one of our regular spots when we're in the Bay Area. While the downstairs dining area is very nice, we've always opted for the more lively upstairs bar area with peanut shells on the floor and sea shanties on Thursday nights. I've had several different things off the menu and they have all been good, although I always... More

I visited Quinn's with a friend and had a great dining experience. We were seated on the deck and immediately started to enjoy the roasted peanuts waiting for us on the table. No need to be neat--the shells are just discarded onto the floor. We each had a draft beer from their great selected offerings. I opened the with crabcakes... More

Unexpected nice place, just next to our motel. Direct on the bay, great atmosphere and the fish soup was delicious and the ceasar's salad with salmon was tasty too. Upstair we heard the clients of the pub laughing, next time we will try a beer on the 2° floor.

It was lovely to sit out on the deck with our cold drinks and lunch. The food was good as was the service. I had a turkey burger that was an actual large piece of well seasoned turkey as sweet potato fries that were nice and crunchy.

I used to go here a lot when I lived in the area. I think it is Thursday evenings they have live pirate music upstairs. Upstairs is the bar/restaurant (peanut shells on the floor), and down stairs is the restaurant only (more distinguished if that is what you prefer). Good beer selection, great food.
