Rude, lazy waiter, mediocre food, very high prices. Nice location. I had a lobster salad sandwich, tasted canned.

We were greeted by the manager and he offered us a complimentary wine to celebrate our anniversary. The staff was attentive. The shrimp salad with balsamic was not overly flavorful but the crabcakes did make up for this. The salmon on cedar was delicious and the filet was equally tasty. The waiter was nice enough to give us a celebratory... More
My husband and I went to Scotts Seafood in Oakland (Jack London Square) on March 30th. I made a reservation on open table, we got a shuttle ride from out hotel and we were greeted and seated very quickly. Our server was Ricardo and he was perfectly attentive (not hovering but when we needed/wanted something he was there). I had... More
A friend took us to this Seafood restaurant while we were in the California trip during December and January, to be frank, no surprise at all ! our seafood meals in Chinese restaurants were better, the decor is nice and comfortable, the service was friendly, but be aware, Price is nothing cheap!
The food was very good. My companions and I enjoyed our meals and the bayside setting. Service was not rushed, allowing us to sit and talk...maybe a little slow.
Big servings, high prices, nice view of the harbor, but there is better seafood elsewhere. This is the sort of place that caters to business lunches or taking grandpa out for his 75th birthday. Its menu style was more popular in maybe the 1980s or 1990s, but the current trend is for more sophisticated ingredients, fewer calories and fat, and... More
We celebrated my retirement at Scott's and had a lovely time. The food was great and the service was great. It was a fair price. We usually eat on the cheap so don't eat at Scott's often, but it is worth the price for a celebration or if money is more available to you than to us middle class retires.
The location is good but the food is bland and expensive. If you want to make sure you have a posh dinner then its ok.
This place saved the trip for me.. With hotel being just ok, this place really made its mark.. Definitely try the Jack London Crawl its great and refreshing, the food was spot on, cant say enough about this place! Will definitely go back again!
Nice view but main courses are pretty expensive. Service is good, food is good (not great), I would say okay but there are other places in Jack London Square that have better food and are better prices.
