I am consistently proud of them for the quality of meat, sauce, and potato salad they serve... Now on the other hand... THE SERVICE stinks like last weeks mop water! I actually broke up with someone over lemonade and the food took so long to get to the table we actually got back together! WTH? It seriously took an hour... more

For the price you pay, you would expect to get consistently great food and service. You get the impression like they don't think they have any real competition in Jack London or Oakland. My advice to you if you do happen to go to E&J, Don't expect great customer service. They are very slow and the food is certainly not... more

This place had AWESOME Ribs!!! And I am very picky about ribs. Went there with a group of 6 for Saturday night dinner and it was crowded but not enough to have to wait for a table. We ordered 2 platters of ribs and 2 beef links and 2 pitchers of beer. The ribs were so delicious, tender and tasty.... more

Why is there a larger crowd around that restaurant, than JACK LONDON SQUARE?? Well .. .. It's EVERETT & JONES BARBEQUE!!
