They come and go....Lappert's, Swenson's, Macfarland's, Farrell's....but Fenton's is still the standard. I've been coming here for over 30 years on-and-off. As many others have mentioned disappointment, I'll say you have to take them for what they are: an expensive ice cream parlor with a pretty good crab sandwich. Called ahead of time to see if they carried a particular type of pie. I was told they did, they had them in stock and I was given the price. Made a trip there only to be told that the price quoted me was wrong. I understand people make mistakes but the manager did absolutely nothing to gain my continued... more

This is a ole fashion soda type place. Great rubens, hamburger and ice cream delights. Excels for kids and the kid in you. more

What's the big deal? For how much hype this place gets, the food is really not that great. Yeah, the ice cream is good, but it's not the best I've ever had. Besides, anyone can make Sunday. more
