I walk by and wonder what the attraction is to his place? The drinks are way too sweet. I tried this place several times and even asked them if they could tone down the sugar but no dice. Chocolate does not equal sweet.

When you visit the cafe, you must try Bittersweet's Salted Caramel Cocoa. I loved it so much, that I bought the mocha cocoa and a jar of the salted caramel as holiday gifts for friends and family to enjoy.

Any type or flavor of chocolate your heart desires , ambience is passive with the smells of the kitchen in the background. Great chai latte's . My favorite cafe in Rockridge to chill

If you're looking for yummy hot chocolate or a rich milkshake, Bittersweet should be your first stop. Hot chocolates are made with melted chocolate instead of cocoa powder and you can have it with milk to make it an especially delectable treat. I tend to come here when I'm having a rough day and need a pick me up. Mission... More

I came here with an Amazon Local deal. For $15, I got 2 specialty drinks, 1 pastry and a box of chocolates. We opted for the chocolate croissant which was so delicious. For the drinks, we got the cafe latte and the spiced chocolate w/ espresso. The spiced chocolate w/ espresso tasted like a Mayan Hot Chocolate but spicier. It's... More

I love their Mexican hot chocolate. It has a great flavor profile. Also, they have a very nice selection of desserts, chocolate bars, and other small items. A little pricey but worth it.

The desserts are good but I though they would be more decadent.
