The place might need some updating and some adjustments in the menu, but if you want to have a nice comfortable neighborhood like comfort food when you are away from home, you can't go wrong with the very nice and friendly service at this restaurant. The omelettes were very good, and the hash browns were also good, but I wish... More

We had breakfast here on a Monday morning. The restaurant was clean but in need of a little updating. The booth seats had been repaired. The staff was very friendly. The manager came out and talked with us for a bit. Their service was prompt and we had our food in no time. We each had eggs, fruit or tomatoes,... More

This was once the place to go in town. Tried it again. Now bad service, lousy food and a lack of cleanliness. Never never never eat here. Rumored to reuse leftovers too.

Nice, cozy place with great food at a reasonable price. Looks like a place where the locals like to eat.

We went there and decided to split the breakfast plate that came with 2 eggs, bacon, and 2 pancakes. My wife and the bacon and eggs, along with a side of toast. The pancakes were excellent and plenty of food.

On a ride up to Yosemite and decided to give the place a try. DON'T. The food was terrible. The place was quaint and they sell jam etc on the side but the food was some of the worst I have ever had. I ordered the con beef hash with hash browns, over easy eggs and english muffins. The size... More

My wife and I spent 3 days in Oakhurst while exploring Kings Canyon, Sequoia and Bass Lake. Each day we had breakfast at Katie's. We enjoyed it so much the day, we kept coming back every morning until we left. Great selection on the menu, good service, great value. You can't go wrong at Katie's!
