Turning in my leased car

We normally never go to Norwalk but I needed to turn in our leased car to the dealer in Norwalk. My wife had looked for some restaurants with good reviews and found Renu Nakorn. What a gem for Thai food. We came in around 1 p.m. and they were busy but not crowded. We both had Thai Ice Tea and... read more

You must-must-MUST go!! Incredible northern Thai flavors. I can't even describe the ingredients (not sophisticated in Asian cuisine to even attempt), the layers of flavors, the mouth-joy you will experience. It's about 30 minutes from downtown LA - and worth the drive for foodies. If you're in the area - you must check it out. We were in the area... More

We've never been disappointed with the Thai Food at Renu Nakorn. The food is great quality, authentic, and terrific taste. It's a little farther and slightly more expensive than a few other Thai restaurants in the area, but worth the extra drive. The yellow curry chicken is one of our favorites!

Being that Thai cuisine is my 3rd favorite, I asked my Thai friends for a recommendation for a good Thai place in the area & "renu nakorn" just jumped out of their mouths. Curious to see what the fuss was all about regarding northern Thai cuisine, different from the one we're all so used to (southern style), I first stepped... More

A friend and I traveled half an hour each from opposite directions, arranging to meet here. Both of us have some experience of Thai food, both here and in Thailand - this food was exceptional. The menu was huge, and one wonders if they really can produce it all at the same standard and quality. My friend had the green... More

I am not a fan of Thai food, but the friends I eat with are. They think it is one of the best. I usually get one of the rice bowls with spicy beef. I like the spicy beef. I did discover not to order the really one version so now I order the one heat in-between the mild and... More

I have eaten at this restaurant ever since it opened at this location. I have never had a bad meal or experienced anything other than great friendly service. The meat dishes can be replaced with tofu alternatives. You need to get there before 12 for lunch to ensure getting a table during the week. I have never been there in... More

The food is very good. When ever I come to visit my girl friend in norwalk, this restaurant is must go and have dinner with my girl friend. We love to order shrimp Thai fried rice, shrimp pad Thai, shrimp Tom yam soup and also beef pad see ew and beef salad.

We enjoyed the menu in this restaurant when it was old and funky and like it even more since its remodel. Good service and some fairly rare northern Thai dishes.
