We went on during our honeymoon and, following the Tripadvisor reviews, we decided to stop to eat at this steakhouse. The meat is delicious, the service is perfect. In addition, each plate of meat/sandwich is always sided by dishes and sauces in abundance. The prices are very low, considering the high quality of food is too far from Italy, shame,... More

Jocko's is great and lives up to it's reputation! My family has been going for years, but I've only recently come for dinner with my dad. I had the Small Spencer - told them to leave the potato in the kitchen. It was so delicious! The staff were very friendly. The drinks were good. Make reservations!!

Every time we go there we are never disappointed. And when we bring guests their eyes pop out when they see their plate and their mouth water when they bite into the steaks!!!

We came over to the coast for our anniversary and decided to try this place. Had always heard good things. We knew coming in that you don't come here for the ambiance, so we weren't shocked. It is a old and grimy place. We did not make reservations, which I would highly recommend. The food was excellent and in very... More

Every time we visit Pismo Beach, we say we’re going to get to Jocko’s. This year was the 34th anniversary of our first date – you would think we’d find a classier place? Yes, we could have but I don’t think we could have found a better meal. This is REAL old school steak and sides (crackers, salsa, plain salad,... More

Here on the Central Coast we have many many great choices for steaks and Jock's is at the top of the list. I have been dining here for over 20 years and when you see the decor you will know it has not changed. But if it is not broke don't fix it. You will have to expect a wait... More

If you are looking for a fine dining experience, look elsewhere, If you want the best steak in the western US you HAVE to try Jackos! What this place lacks in atmosphere it more than makes up for in perfectly prepared steaks with huge portions at an affordable price. Even with a 1 to 2 hour wait (I recommend reservations,... More

I had heard of the place through a friend ,so I decided to give it a try. I could care less about the place s ambience because good food is good food. I ordered the steak sandwich with fries and beans. The steak was good ,but I don't think it was cooked over an oak grill. I asked my friend... More

My wife and I had lunch at this off-the-beaten-path restaurant last weekend. The parking lot was only half-full when we arrived at noon on a Saturday but when we left about 40 minutes later business was starting to pick up considerably. My wife ordered a Reuben sandwich and I ordered the Big Steak sandwich. My wife claims that hers was... More
