July 2015 Vegan sampling while at Trilogy

Living within the Trilogy community, we have been "challenged" by Adelina's Bistro, in the sense that - gosh, it should be, and COULD be, a whole lot better! Our Club offers us a discount for a member's wedding anniversary, so we thought it was a good time to explore the so-so menu beyond what we typically have there. Although my... More

We were pleasantly surprised to find this gem within Trilogy….just sort of driving around for an afternoon. View of the golf course, beautiful room and the cobb salad was delicious!

This restaurant, located at the clubhouse of a development, is open to non-members. The food is very good, but the menu is quite limited, centering on pizza. On Sunday evenings, there is a special 3-course dinner offered, with the menu varying from-week-to-week. The dinners are very popular, so reservations are required weeks in advance.

We go here fairly often because of the location and atmosphere, but we are almost always disappointed in some part of the service or food preparation. This last visit was an uncrowded Wednesday night, so the service was attentive and quick. But a medium rare sirloin was full medium and a little too chewey for this meat lover and a... More

As a resident of this community I have eaten here many times.Recently the menu changed with better pricing and way more options re: food choices. Staff has stabilized where service is excellent and laid back. A gorgeous physical setting with extremely comfortable booths. Bartenders give a nice pour and Monday eve"sliders" at $2.50 are a bargain. i prefer the meat... More

This place used to consider itself a five star resort restaurant. The architecture is incredible, what one would expect from an upscale golf resort. Unfortunately their slow service and inadequate kitchen facilities could not keep up with the demand. Their new down scaled menu seems to better align with their capabilities and the service has improved.

We spent much of the day looking at property in Monarch Dunes with a welcome lunch break in the club house restaurant which is open to the public. We had a luncheon chopped salad, a Detox salad with chicken, and a sinful order of truffle fries. The salads were fresh and ample.

My wife and I had a very nice dinner at Adeline's. The setting is interesting as it is right by the bar. The food was very good and the service was as well.

This is a beautiful venue set on a golf course. So relaxing and comfortable whether you're at a table or casually seated on the couches next to the fireplace. Food seems pretty consistent these days and is good - very good. The service can be spotty. Sometimes you get a great server, other times a very, very inexperienced one. Lately,... More
