You have to check this place out! Good food. Lovely setting. Good views. Great place to hang out with friends. The only drawback is there is no parking by this place. Have to park across and take the shuttle or walk. But I think it's worth it. Make a reservation as it gets crowded. But you can always walk on... More

We love this place for breakfast. Right on the water, great service, and tasty food especially the beignets that are worth the visit on their own.

We were in Newport Beach for one night on business and booked The Beachcomber Cafe after reading a number of favorable TA reviews. I mean, if you're from Memphis and get this close to the Pacific Ocean, you have to take a chance on a seafood place where you can walk on the beach. We were very glad we made... More

We walked from the Marriott Vacation Club through a very wet tunnel that goes under the highway. You may choose to take the shuttle from the Park Services parking lot for 1$ per person. Food here is very good. Its crowded so be prepared to wait for a table on the patio. We chose NOT to wait and were seated... More

While on an Anniversary trip my wife and I had an amazing late lunch. The crab and tuna appetizer was so good we order two!!! It was worth the wait to lay in the sand, walk on the beach and have a sun drenched fantastic lunch. Well worth the visit.

This cafe on the sand is worth every minute and the food is just as you would expect, amazing. Awesome place to enjoy before or after a stroll on the sand.

Loved the scrambled ranchers egg dish. It comes with fantastic potatoes. Skip the oatmeal because it is kind of boring but low cal. Splurge and order one of the egg dishes or beignets.

Nice staff overall. The bar gets crowded in the summer & weekends. Very vintage amongst the Crystal Cove Historic Park Cottages. Some are restored and can be rented, others are decrepit shacks, vestiges of bygone years when OC was relaxed. I wish the food was better--with all the wonderful chefs in southern Cali--can't one help put this charming place?
