Excellent service and nice patio

The ahi poke appetizer is my favorite appetizer here. Mojitos are really refreshing and their hot bread with honey cinnamon is delicious and complimentary. The salads are great as are the burgers, chicken Sannibel, fish, tacos, key lime pie and pineapple coconut cake.

Every year, two "birthday buddy" friends and I come to Tommy Bahama's to celebrate our combined birthday. This year was the best ever--not only was the food fabulous (ahi tuna napoleon--presentation and taste are superior, goat cheese appetizer, grilled shrimp salad, and more--but our waiter Ty treated us like princesses and made the whole lunchtime into a party. It doesn't... More

Considering the location, didn't have high expectations. Wrong. Excellent food, well-presented and well-prepared with a bit of a flare. Tried the duo dips. Quite nice. Crab bisque: EXCELLENT. Rib eye: great. Didn't like the flavor of the pork quesadilla particularly. Memorable key lime pie. Friendly service right at the bar.

the setting is lovely, very tropical and well decorated but the food is average for a nice looking restaurant and location the service was just ok i wouldn't go back unless friends wanted to go there the food was forgettable and the only thing that was above average was the key lime pie for dessert

Good for Lunch. Bad for Dinner. We are locals and do not understand how lunch is very good and dinner is very bad? Great ambience and fair service.

This is a good restaurant to go to on a day with nice weather. Sitting outside, you get a nice ocean breeze. Drinks are fine and the food is okay. I find if I go there with expectations of meeting friends for drinks and little more, I have a good time. For straight up dining, there are better options in... More

I wish I could give them a zero!!!  My husband and I went there today, Saturday, July 25, 2015 for lunch.  We arrived around 1:45-1:50,  greeted by the host at the front desk, a young lady wearing a white lace dress.  She asked if we had reservations, i said no. She then asked my name, I told her Dawn.  She... More

excellent menu and service, kind of expensive for lunch, but Newport Beach Fashion Island is very upscale. We had reservations on friday for lunch, mid week might not be required.

The place could use some renovation. They could also use some staff training. The staff is a little unhappy. We made a reservation several days in advance, but had to wait more than half an hour for a table. Then we were placed right next to the wait station and we were constantly being bumped and booted by the staff... More

I must confess that my family has walked past this restaurant several dozen times without thinking about having dinner. That all changed tonight. Thanks to a $20 off coupon we picked up at the Tommy Bahama Home Store in Fashion iIsland, my wife and I thought we would take them up on their offer. After a very short wait, we... More
