A Beautiful and Delicious Restaurant.

Walking up to the restaurant, was like a beautiful picture. The Dinning Room is well done and very chic. The staff was totally amazing from the moment you arrive. Just having a drink and taking in the dinning room is gorgeous. The food was excellent. We had the Rack of Lamb and the Duck. They were... read more

Even though it's not exactly in our neighborhood, a drive to the coast on a nice day to eat at Bayside is lways on a list of "things to do". Lunchtime is fairly quiet, and evenings more boisterouse, [due to a popular lounge clientele], but whatever time you decide to come, the food is always what Bayside is about. A... More

Although there was a rather good list of seafood , pasta, and salad lunches listed on the menu as separate items, all of us opted for the luncheon three course special for $25 a person. I had the salmon over rice with salsa. It was a small piece of fish with very little flavor, and very little rice. The green, Caesar salad... More

A perfect place for a truly outstanding dining experience. The atmosphere is relaxed, the background music is soft so you can carry a conversation in a gentle voice, even when the restaurant is full. The servers really cater to you, but the best part, of course, is the cuisine. Do not miss the unique lobster salad, a must! The perfectly... More

It's been 10 years since my last visit. My son, who I'm with tonight, was 10 years old the last time. He needed to write a report about Jazz and when he said he was coming here, I tagged along. So happy I did. Marc, the owner remains a marvelous young (less young than last time) man and the food... More

Good ambiance. My husband and I came for my Birthday dinner and ate out on the terrace. It was very relaxing and just what I was looking for. We were also able to bring our infant who didn't make a sound. As for the food, coming from Seattle, I have had better. We ordered the crab cake to share, which... More

A staple of Newport. ...and a great happy hour with leather booths. Many nights have live music. Very fun place, yet the dining room can be quiet. Great comfort food.

We went to this restaurant for lunch and found the food and service to be excellent. In addition, we had the fixed price lunch that came with a salad, main dish and dessert for $24. All was excellent.

The service was excellent, our server Martina was very knowledgeable and made some excellent suggestions on the menu. The asparagus soup was excellent, the petite fillet was excellent, the calamari was to die for good. The knackwurst and sauerkraut was also very good. The bread was right out of the oven warm. The cocktails were good and the wine list... More

Extremely busy most nights but large enough to handle the crowds. Bar is fun with a nice buzz of activity. Food is extremely good - cast iron seared salmon is outstanding; so is the pasta arabiata with chicken. Bayside salad is light and very tasty. Menu contains a good combination of seafood and steak. The music changes nightly. There was... More
