I would say over all this place was worth the visit. The service was excellent, though a few errors happened along the way. I will say that the price is high for the quality of food received. This is expected in this extremely spendy region of California, but overall, I would try a few other places before coming back here... More

Four of us had lunch here today, for a Christmas get-together, and were disappointed in the service, the noise, and the food. Granted, a Friday with many office parties happening, so the reason for the noise, but the service was almost unacceptably slow, having to ask for one coffee refill several times. My squash soup was presented nicely, but not... More

We arrived at 5pm on a Sunday. Parking lot was nearly empty, but they still required that we valet park the car. A bit strange considering we had already parked. We were seated by the hostess, but she didn't leave us any menus. It was about ten minutes before we got menus. The waitress was new and kind of unsure... More

The restaurant is in a great location for dining with friends and for special occasions. The music and ambience is lively and the bar is great for meeting people but a little loud.Unfortunately when you are paying over $100 for two people for dinner, you are to expect excellent food from the kitchen. I had the shrimp rissoto, which can... More

My wife & I have dined here many times. The food is consistently delicious. Service is attentive. You can dine in the dining room or the bar side. We prefer the bar side; it's lively with pretty good jazz. Worth your time. A very pleasant dining experience.

This place was excellent, the appetizer was very cute and delish. The presentation of the food was my favorite. We had the filet mignon "sweetheart" style. I would definitely recommend this location. You get what you pay for...

I am not a big eater so a restaurant offering great and reasonably priced appetizers would be my choice. This restaurant offers good food at a good price during the Happy Hours. They often have entertainment in the bar area in the evening but I find the music somewhat now for carrying on any conversation.

It has great food and service and unlike most restaurants in Newport Beach, it has a lovely quiet atmosphere where you can actually hear each other talk during dinner! It's one of our favorites!

I tend to rate my dining experiences leading with service and ambiance, followed by the actual food. My opinion is that anyone can do great food, it's the atmosphere surrounding the table and the experience that is remembered. I felt welcomed the minute I came in the door...great room, great waitstaff, knowledgeable and not afraid to recommend a drink. Food... More

WOW ! ! ! What a great restaurant. We ate in the bar area to listen to the three piece band. They were terrific. They weren't too loud so we could still carry on a conversation. The food was magnificent and the wine list is one of the best you will ever find. I wasn't familiar with many of the... More
