I am a regular at this resort due to the fact that my parents own a few homes in the neighborhood, so I am always on my absolute best behavior when I come down to the resort for lunch or dinner, I am always pleasant with the staff as well.... An absolutely lovely place to have a relaxing meal. Park your car yourself and save the valet fee. The restaurant looks very expensive but is affordable and well worth every penny.

We stayed one night at Pelican Hill and loved it. We ate 3 meals at The Coliseum and all were done to perfection. The b'fast potatoes were crisp, the salmon salad for lunch was delicious and the swordfish for dinner was the best. Both my husband and I kept saying how good the food was. One of his clients who... Breakfast and lunch were fine but service both times was very slow. Nice view here overlooking the massive pool. Something you need to do while staying at Pelican Hill.

Went here last night with my family for my birthday dinner and it could not have been more wonderful. The sunset was amazing, the seating is comfortable and resortish and provides a fabulous view of the circular pool, golf course and Pacific Ocean. My beet salad with grillen chicken was amazing, as was the special pineapple cake desert they gifted... More

Healthy selection of lunch entrees. Fabulous breakfast buffet. A la carte breakfast took too long and arrived cold.
