My wife and I have been stopping here before the movies on our date night. The happy hour menu is priced just right, enough for two and the food is fantastic.

While I hesitate to mention the price, since I don't know when you're going to be reading this, and things do change, just know that as of October 2013 the price I paid for lunch today was a genuine bargain, especially for the quality. For the relatively low tariff, you get your choice of appetizer or dessert (2 choices for... More

My husband took me to Pascal for our anniversary. I had been to Paris years ago and this place brings me back to the hole in the wall brasseries I visited. Vintage Posters from the late 1800's, rich red walls and dark wood furnishings. The food is delicious, beautifully presented and reasonably priced. My husband and I love the escargot... More

Had a great meal with the most attentive service ever. Maitre D sat us right away and offered choice of tables. He provided some suggestions as well as what might not be as good due to season. Server was friendly and knowledgeable, service was relaxed so we could truly enjoy our date night. GM strolled by a few times to... More

We love French food, including soufflé for dessert. As one of the best French dishes I’ve had was Chilean sea bass in cream sauce, I looked for a French restaurant in Orange County that offers both for our anniversary dinner. Brasserie Pascal does, and despite the mixed reviews, we went there for our anniversary dinner. To cover all the bases,... More

Had a wonderful lunch. Service could have been a little better. But the food was great. Nice atmosphere.

We've been regulars at Brasserie Pascal as well as at the two French restaurants that preceded Brasserie Pascal in this space (that have all been similar). Unfortunately, I think that Brasserie Pascal may need a new reboot. On a recent visit, the food was ok, but not great. The service was ambivalent and the wine list a disappointment. The setting... We went as a family for a special occasion: four adults and a baby. We were offered a booth or table and got one that was a booth back and table front with room for the highchair they provided. The food was wonderfully French, with things you don't normally see like sweetbreads and marrow. We had a great wine. The... More

Had a wonderful lunch here today with my husband and mother. We ordered from the prix fixe lunch menu which has to be the best deal in Fashion Island. For around $15 ea. we got a two-course lunch with choice of beverage. Our server, Mike, took very good care of us. Started out with some lovely crusty bread. Then for... More
