I wrote a review of this restaurant a few years back that wasn't too flattering. I'm happy to be updating my review because I've come back and had several very good meals here now over the past two years, and so they deserve a much better review. We had a particularly great meal tonight. We tend to like appetizers a... More

I've been going to sushiQ for years now. I love it! The staff is always great on point and lots of smiles. The fish is always fresh and tasty. The sake selection is wide. It's a great place to have a birthday or special occasion. Great atmosphere. All around a good place.

First, reservation is a must or you can simply fugget'bout it. That should already tell you something. Then, be aware that the service can be slow on rare occasions (being regulars, we are always pampered). This being said, the food preparation is really outstanding, the fish super fresh and the presentation very dapper. I particularly love the (cabbage) house salad,... More

Reasonable, good choices on the menu, staff ok. I'm local so I get to eat at the town restaurants. Twice I have eaten here and the item I ordered was not the item I received. They fixed it, but not ok for me.

This review is being written about two hours after I left this "restaurant" and I am still fuming. After fifteen minutes a server came to talk with us and took and order. A half an hour later our drinks arrived. Fifteen minutes later I got the attention of our server and asked if we should come back the next night.... More

Don't let the distance from the ocean deter you - Sushi Q is a fantastic sushi restaurant. Be sure to have a Maui Roll, a Spider Roll and/or a Pink Seattle - and ask about the specials (the ocean trout and Spanish mackeral are both fantastic if they have them). They also have an excellent selection of sake.

I've eaten at hundreds of US Japanese restaurants. This is among the top 10. Make sure you get a reservation.

We tried to get in to Sushi in the Raw and found they only take reservations and the room only seats about ten at a time. We had heard sushi-q was pretty good. I would call that an understatement. The service was friendly, good suggestions, and the food was good portioned and Yum-E! Would go again

This is our third week in the area and last night we chose Sushi Q after Sushi In The Raw could not get us in. Very cool place which was full and we had a table by the window. My husband and I shared the Chicken Tempura entree which was served with one of the best salads we have ever... More

The food here has never knocked my socks off, good muscles good atmosphere, okay service. The rolls are your best bet here, sashimi or anything with just fish, no bueno. Some times the fish comes out almost frozen. The quality of the fish is not great here. The prices are a little lower, but I'd rather pay for good fish!
