I was a little apprehensive when we pulled up to the front of the building and even more when we entered. This is a no frills place. The place has been around since the late 50s and not much seems to have changed. BUT the pizza was really, really good. The ingredients were great and the pizza was really that... More

We were a group of four. Three of us ordered pizza & the other ordered the wings. We all enjoyed our meal. Place is kinda old & could really use some remodeling. They do have a nice big room to accommodate large parties.

Ya would never think by looking at the plain white exterior or the "retro not meaning to be cool" interior but THIS pizza place is AWESOME! My friend & I came here after reading about Napoleone's in SD magazines pizza issue & so glad we did! The "Hole in the wall" vibe offers a great pie & friendly service to... More

My Mom (80) Loves their Pizza. I wanted to try the pasta. Ordered the house spaghetti and Daughter ordered the Ravioli w/ meatballs. Salad was AWESOME. Wait staff friendly and down to earth. Pizza was great and daughter said meatballs and sauce were great too. My Spaghetti however was way overcooked and the the sauce was tasty but the bottom... More

I grew up on this pizza, as did my father, now that I live in Merced, I make it a point to come eat here when I visit the family.

Stopped in grab a quick lunch.. The pizza was tasty definitely but I'll stay away from the garlic bread next time.. Not worth it . Not a fancy place but clean and a good stop if you have kids in the mood for pizza

I'm originally from Cape Cod, MA and I grew up eating from one one local pizza place. Well when I moved to SD and got job in National City a co worker said to try this place and that I wouldn't be disappointed. Well i defiantly wasn't. The best at any price, you can spend a lot more $$$$ but you can't get better food at any price, anywhere. I'm addicted to the food here, must have it at least once a week. Pizza, Ham & Cheese Sandwich with Sal's secret juice. It's all so good, food to die for and so inexpensive, I don't know how... More
