Villa Manila provides great homestyle Filipino food in a sit-down restaurant (homestyle assuming your mom is a great cook.) This restaurant used to be the old Max's. Same cook. The crispy pata and sizzling sisig was delicious. The diniguan was too soupy for me. Overall, still great food and service. Will definitely make another trip before heading back home.
