It is definitely not your typical farm setting. At the entrance to the Napa valley, the Carneros Inn is in an obscure location, so you really have to look for the entrances. I really dislike the fact that when you call for take out, the people on the phone are not friendly at all. In this economy you surely could find someone without a job friendly enough. We had an enjoyable experience at the Farm. The food is very good. We enjoyed having a drink outside before dinner and I recommend leaving extra time to sit outside. It is really a beautiful place and I look forward to visiting again. more

Down in the carneros region, but worth the drive. Wonderful ambience w/ spectacular california novelle. Nothing "farm-y" about this . Elegant, world clas dishes. we brought our wine, but the corkage was reasonable. Can't wait to return in a warmer season. more
