Bouchon is a high concept, low quality place. It is something that Disney would cook up in Orlando to give you "a French experience". Ok for Disney, but Thomas Keller? I have been to Bouchon four times, most recently in January. I have never been disappointed. Looks, feels and tastes like something right out of Paris. Not cheap, but the bistro food is superb, wine list excellent. Noisy, fun scene. Perhaps up to the Red Lobster in Valencia... more
