This place is the only Northern CA Filippi's. I believe it was opened by the grandson of the original in Little Italy is San Diego. Not as big but just as good. The main room was real loud and was about to leave when we saw tables by the bar.

Just a short walk over the bridge from downtown Napa, and across the street from the Oxbow Market, Filippi's Pizza is an excellent choice for pizza in Napa County. Prices are very reasonable (for around $15 a large cheese pizza will absolutely stuff 3 hungry adults) and the service is personable and fast. The decor seems dated, but if you've... More

I'm not going to say much beyond this "I've had better food at an Olive Garden". Quite frankly the food was just pretty tasteless. The service was spotty. There must be better options in this city.

What a great pizza place in Napa! Went here to celebrate a friend's birthday and we had a great time. Good atmosphere, good food, good prices! We ended up ordering the all meat special which was about $25 for the large pizza. It was fantastic! And it was huge. You can have them double slice the pizza so that the... More

Inexpensive, good, classic italian. Friendly service, great for families, and a nice location. Great for just ordering some chianti, ravioli and unwinding.

While tasting wine one afternoon, I noticed the sign for Filippi's Pizza Grotto across the street. The name was the same as a restaurant in my home town in Washington State and they had great pizza, so I asked the wine servers their opinion. I was told that the meatballs were especially good, so we decided to give Filippi's a... More

The atmosphere is very nice and the service is good. Our waitress did an excellent job. The portions are very large but the quality could be improved. For a family run enterprise that has been around for a long time I would expect more flavor in the food. It seems to be popular with the locals.

I found this on trip advisor and gave it a try for lunch. Cute on the inside. Not very many people eating there on the day I visited. I had a meatball sandwich and salad combo on the lunch menu. The workers were all hanging out and talking with it being so slow, no big deal but my waitress never... More

Came here for a quick lunch on a rainy day. Ordered the spaghetti with meatballs. It was a huge potion. More than large enough for dinner, not to mention lunch. Took home more than half of it. The meatball sandwich was also enormous and delicious. Very home and comfortable. Great service and great prices.

Dropped in ti grab a sandwich because the Oxbow was just way too crowded. Service is friendly and quick. We were offered a drink while we waited. Husband had the ham sandwich and I had the sausage sandwich. Everything was wonderful.
