I agree with other reviews; more of a great attraction than restaurant. This is a nice comfortable and relaxing excursion of the Napa Valley. The Train passes many wineries and the view is great! Tip: Get tickets early as the sellout very fast. Good selections of wine and Lunch is not bad. We would do this again, believe all would... More

It was an excellent way of introducing the Napa Valley to relatives from East Coast on their first visit to California without the hassle of driving congested Rt 29 on a Holiday weekend. From check in to departure, the staff was friendly and accommodating. We sat in the Lounge Car first, enjoying a fight of wine and delectable appetizers while... More

Ok so this attraction is rated as #6 RESTAURANTS in Napa. It has 2 allocations in Trip Advisor, one as an attraction and one as a restaurant. It is CLEARLY not the #6 best restaurant in this artistic and culinary rich region. That is silly. It is a great tourist attraction and great way to see the Napa Valley for... More

We did a Vintner's lunch and were seated in the glass dome train car. The food and wine pairing was amazing, top quality food and service. The train goes from the South end of Napa valley, all the way to the North end of the valley. It's absolutely gorgeous scenery!!! TIP - do it during the day when you can... More

Took the lunch train in the vista dome car. This is a fun way to see the Napa country side and enjoy a nice 4 course lunch. The food was very good and our server was friendly and provided a lot of history on the train and area wine industry. It's a fun experience and a great way to take... More

This tour is well planned and everything is delicious! We chose lunch with a stop on the way to Grgich winery and was fantastic! The minute you step on the train the tables are beautifully old style train, the food is fantastic as well the Wine Train Merlot . Our stop at the winery was far better tour than we... More

Really enjoyed our trip on the wine train. It has Olde Worlde charm and the views are spectacular which was helped by going on a warm, sunny October day. Whilst it is definitely well organised we had to eat to a timetable as there were two sittings, which you don't know about when you book. That being said the quality of... More

You can only do so many wine tastings in a day! The Napa Valley Wine train gives you a chance to relax, stay off the roads, visit a winery and enjoy a first class meal prepared by Executive Chef Kelly while "training" throught the valley vineyards. Absolutely breathtaking. The dining cars are comfortable, the corkage charge is reasonable and the... More

Wine train was fun, tasting was great as was lunch in the authentic dining car. See lots of vineyards but it is very touristy and busy. We were in VIP seating which I definitely recommend.
