We had an awesome meal at Celadon while in napa! Excellent wines, great service, amazing food. We had a tomato mozzerella appetizer that was fantastic. One of the entrees was grilled polenta with vegetables which we'd also recommend. Such a great meal - i just wished we'd specified in our reservation that we wanted to sit in the outside space,... I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Celadon on 8/25 (a day after the earthquake). The location at the Historic Napa Mill is very cute and they have a large outdoor patio. Food was delicious. The special heirloom tomato salad was tasty. The calamari small plate was excellent - flash fried calamari with a spicy chipotle chile and orange honey glaze... More

Celadon was recommended by our B&B innkeeper. The food was absolutely amazing!! They were conscious of dietary restrictions and were able to make the flash fried calamari in a rice flour! Their sister restaurant is Cole' Chop House which was also very delicious! A must see when in Downtown Napa.

Visited Celedon on our last night of our stay in the area, we thoroughly enjoyed a great meal. Service was excellent. All food was fresh, well cooked and very well presented. My only gripe was we thought the tables were too close to each other and it wasn't possible to have a private conversation.

The second night of my sister's and my Napa trip we ate at Celadon. We had eaten a fairly late lunch that day, so we each got an appetizer that we shared, and then shared an entrée. I had the appetizer special of the heirloom tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella, and she had the mussels. Both were great, and just the... More

Tom the bartender was a lovely host. He led me through a lovely meal, that started with Francis Ford Coppola Director's Cut Chardonnay (delicious) that ended with Apple Galette (amazing). I will definitely be back. Thank you for the evening.

Make a reservation, even on a weeknight, unless you are very early or late. We sat outside, which is actually fairly closed in, but lots of plants, I think I prefer it to inside. When the wind picked up, they lowered the walls/windows (canvas with plastic windows). Portion size was large compared to many restaurants in the area, even though... More

I had the Asauki beef and my wife had lamb - either is a "can't go wrong" choice. Wonderful entrees with sides that were obviously given as much attention as the main course. We were with another couple who are both "gluten free" and Celadon accommodated them perfectly. Service was attentive, although the waiter did not seem too sure of... More

Beautiful restaurant, great service, and food which melts in your mouth. Had polenta and mushroom dish, and my husband had the pork tenderloin. Dessert was the best lemon pie we've ever had in our mouths!

Great quality with everything from Apps to Entrees to Desserts. As others have mentioned, def felt rushed through the courses. Servers were very casual - not offensive just not expected at a restaurant of this caliber. Go for great food, ignore the unexpected wait staff style.
