We visited the Fatted Calf as part of a food tour and enjoyed amazing charcuterie. This place is the real deal, they prepare all their own meats with the exception of the prosciutto which they bring in from Iowa aged two years. Wow, I am jealous that locals can visit this place any time. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.... More

We just happened on this place in Napa. It's actually a butcher shop, but they also well drinks and sandwiches. We were limited on sandwich selection since they were out of a couple we wanted to try. The ones we did get though were exceptional though we did throw down a big bill after we included a couple drinks that... More

I absolutely love this place. They really know what they are doing with meat. I have taken home charcuterie, sausage and pate. So special and yummy. I also ordered a porchetta from them for a holiday dinner last year and was not disappointed. They even gave me a recipe so it came out right. I keep coming back if I... More

They let us sample everything before buying it, and even just handed us a taste of something they were slicing for someone else the moment we walked in. They know what they doing and provide a great product. Plus, it can be a one-stop-shop, because in addition to meats, it has pasta, wine, olive oil, etc.

Charcuterie at its best. Really good homemade meats. Came in search of this place after experiencing some of the product at the Market down in SFO on Saturday. Very good I would return.

A little expensive but wonderful charcuterie! Homemade items like proscuitto and speck. Porchetta, cooked and uncooked. Wonderful flavors!

This shop is really neat. It has some good meats to offer. And the butcher will answer any questions you might have and was very friendly even though he was very busy. He even made some suggesiions for what would be good with what meats. We tried some strange little pickles from France and they went very well with our... More

This is a must stop for your picnic meats. The staff was very friendly and willing to answer questions. We picked up some great salami and beef jerky for our picnics.

Incredible European feeling. Great cold cuts. You should try the mortadela ... just amazing! It is a must stop if you enjoy this kind of stuff.
