Wonderful and diverse selection of food -- excellent portion sizes (neither too small nor too large). Excellent wines. Wonderful service. Truly delightful outdoor seating area. I'd recommend La Toque.

Very friendly and accommodating to us... even last minute on Labor Day weekend! Nice atmosphere, great service and good food! Definitely a good option among the many great restaurants this town has to offer!

My favorite restaurant in the Napa Valley and I've eaten at most of them several times. A perfect balance of food, service, wine service, friendliness, professionalism and flexibility. Chef Ken Frank is not only a genius in the kitchen but a great person, and as likely to come out to greet you in the dining room as he is to... More

Well you can go four or five star here. Service good ,food good, presentation good atmosphere good. You have to be a foodie or food educated person to eat here. Its creative California cuisine with local garden to table quality. Everything that comes on the plates..... the kitchen strives for perfection. The only choices are tasting menus: a chefs, four... We visited this place few weeks ago. Very good food. Exceptional wine list although a bit pricey. We did wine pairing with our dinner but that was ok in quality. Food is exceptionally good. Maitre d was quite gracious and changed our table when we found that evening sun came in directly in eye of one member of the party.... More

This is a big league restaurant with high prices (either bring your own wine or get the wine pairing) and can have a warm (sit inside) or sterile (sit in the indoor patio room) atmosphere. The food was excellent and the sommelier was very helpful and informative regarding the wine pairing. The service was just ok with the head waiter... More

During this 4 day visit to wine country, we had many good meals: La Toque, Redd, Morimoto, Eiko, Ad Hoc, Redd Wood. Overall La Toque was the best of all of them. Service was efficient for a four course dinner and they were very accommodating with my kids (8 & 11) in preparing off the menu items. Food was perfectly... More

I didn't realize that La Toque is a Michelin Star restaurant until after the reception dinner. The wedding cocktails / reception dinner was held at the veranda. There was no view but the beautiful set-up and flowers made up for it. The linen and tableware were perfect, service was superb, cocktails were generous and there was an extensive choice of... More

La toque was chosen for convenience to where we were staying and it was undoubtedly a lucky find in a region not short of dining and wining choices. The car was valet parked, the dining room spacious enough for one's party to make as much or as little noise as the atmosphere required without disturbing others and the food was... More

If you think you must drive to Yountville for the best meal in Napa Valley, La Toque proves otherwise. Everything here is flawless - the gracious but unpretentious service, masterful wine pairings, knowledgeable staff, and subtle yet complex flavors in the elegantly presented cuisine. Coupled with the modern but warm design of the dining room, even a mid week meal... More
