Michelin-rated cuisine in a great hotel

Excellent fresh meals with hands-on attention by award winning Chef Ken Frank. Do not expect large portions as this is a place to eat a little but enjoy all the flavors. The 3-course prix-fixe with wine pairing is plenty. Excellent ambience and it is highly recommended to spend the night at The... read more

We were told by several people to have dinner here! We made sure to follow the dress code considering I was sent several emails that seemed to enforce it. When arriving there, I saw several people that were way underdressed...even a lady wearing a baseball cap! The menu consists of a nine course tasting, a five course tasting or a... More

Five years ago one of the highlights of our visit to Napa was our dining experience at La Toque. Patrons may select from the four course, five course or nine course "Chef's Selection" menu. You can either select your own wine or go with their wine pairings for each course. We elected the latter and were not disappointed. The elegant... More

Wow. I'm not sure what we did to inspire such an angry, derisive letter, but I apologize. I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. I am also sorry you chose to spew vitriol and insult my staff, rather than bring any of your dissatisfactions to our attention while you were still in the restaurant. By doing so, you... More

Blown away how poor this experience was. Subpar service, bland food, and absolutely dreadful atmosphere. Took fiancé for a beautiful meal in a Michelin star restauraunt and was gutted by what we got. The little kid playing on the furniture near by, very boring servers, and the fact that we could order the exact same desert in the lounge next... More

What a way to spend our 10th anniversary!! This was the finest meal we have ever had: every detail was cared to and the experience and food were amazing. Thank you to the staff for creating such a meaningful memory:)

The service was the worst I have ever experienced and the staff did not even seem to notice. It took 45 minutes to get our bottle of wine which we ordered as soon as someone finally greeted us. Bread came 15 minutes after that. This restaurant has excellent potential. The food is very good but I have never experienced service... More

This is one of the best restaurants in the Napa Valley. And you can get a reservation! If you want one special evening of fine dining, this is the place.

Food and service (and cost) on a higher level: expect the best. We had the 3 course menu: each dish was a pleasure for the eyes and the palate. Chef Frank has created a menu that is eclectic but still approachable. On the expensive side but well worth considering the experience.

Yes, this place is expensive but is worth a visit if your budget allows. Menu is a 'tasting menu' but you can have options (four, five or seven courses). All the food is 'introduced' and is perfectly prepared and presented. If you are up to it - go for the wine pairing which perfectly compliments the meal.

Yes it was expensive but well worth it. We had 9 courses plus amuse bouche. Every course was a surprise and very enjoyable. It is a dining experience. We had reservations at 6-30pm and finished eating at about 10pm. We split the wine pairing otherwise we would have had too much alcohol. I can do this about one every 2-3... More
