Great Italian!

Dined at Restorante Allegria with a large business group. The group arranged a limited menu and all the dishes were very good. A mix of traditional Italian and steak. The Italian dishes were done just right. Although not a steak house they prepare their steaks to perfection.

Good hearty wholesome Italian food with generous servings. Weird to say that all four of us picked the exact same meals so I can only speak to the veal piccata as being excellent. Right off we had to ask about the awesome olive oil concoction that came with the bread...and ended up buying a huge mason jar. Yum. The service... More

The service and atmosphere (old bank) were pretty darn good. The good was also very good. I started with a salad mistra and then had the fish special of the day. It was very tasty. I have a few other restaurants in Napa that I would put ahead of Allegria but overall it was an enjoyable experience.

This gem's oven-roasted mussels & clams in white wine sauce & herb-roasted chicken, along with courteous staff in a beautiful environment, has had me coming back for years! Dining here truly feels like a vacation, an oasis in downtown Napa. During my most recent visit I sampled the Australian filet mignon, which was cooked to perfection, along with an outstanding... My husband and I had dinner at Ristorante Allegria a few months ago and enjoyed the delicious food and the beautiful atmosphere and decor. We decided to throw our son an 18th birthday luncheon and remembered our dinner here. We remembered that there was a vault that was available for a private dinner, but realized after visiting the restaurant's website... More

This Italian restaurant is one of my favorites in downtown Napa. The food menu offers lots of choices with some homemade Italian foods such as ravioli. The restaurant was converted from an old bank that has very tall ceilings. Large groups may book a private room that is located in the old vault. The decor is pleasant with an Italian... More

My friend and I decided to try Ristorante Allegria for lunch. She had heard they a good lunch special. And it was. For $15.50 there is a 3 course lunch, including salad, main and very good blackberry sorbet to finish. She had the Napa cabbage salad with bacon and blue cheese, very tasty. And the rich penne pasta, very good.... More
