This place offered great service for our large table. We were with a wedding party and ordered lots of wine and food to share. The food was decent but a little pricey for what you get.... hey its napa though! Wine was great, and friendly service

Everything you would expect from a California Italian restaurant. They used fresh, local ingredients and made their pastas in house every morning. I didn't try the pizza because they only have one size--10". Everyone we talked to who ate it raved about it. My husband had the roasted beet salad with farro, a little pork belly fat and a blood... Oenotri is very convivial, stylish, and upscale. It is also very loud, overpriced, and the food looks better than it tastes. Catering to tourists staying downtown, it offers wine by the glass on which they are clearly taking far more than fair share of profit margin. Our artisan flatbread pizza was soggy and limp; the pasta was oversalted and mushy,... More

Oenotri is in the center of the very chic new upscale touristy area of Napa. It's decor is California modern - very minimalistic and sophisticated. The dishes were gorgeous but I could barely call the entree a meal. As one who does not routinely order appetizers and drinks, I am usually satisfied with an entree. In fact, my husband and... More

This is my third visit in a year. I live in the SF Bay Area so I'd consider that pretty frequently! Pizza, pasta, house made charcuterie and salumi - all delicious. Friendly service. Loud restaurant but it makes it a fun place to be. When the weather is warmer, it's nice to take a table in the courtyard. Great wine... More

Huge reasonable wine list. Great homemade pastas. Quality service. Had the homemade pasta with baby clams and it was remarkable. My wife had a pork dish that was spiced perfectly.

Pizza was outstanding. Service was slow and the restaurant so loud we couldn't hear one another across the table.

At first glance this place looks like it is going to be a cozy, food heaven. However, even early on a Tuesday night when the place hadn't filled up yet, it was LOUD. My foodie friends would have loved the menu, but I had to Google at least one ingredient in every dish. Dinner was very tasty, but I agree... More

Let's start with the poor reception by the "host". The young woman was absorbed in whatever was on her podium and couldn't be bothered to look up at the guests. Her greeting question was "How may I help you?", still uttered without eye contact. Very bizarre question for a place where people usually come to eat and drink. Hint to... More

I had a pizza that was so salty, I could only eat half. Place is known for pizza but had a change in mangment a few months ago, which may be the problem. My husband's squid dish was just O.K. The 15$ corkage fee was reasonable, but the waiter never refilled the wine glass. My husband had to refill his... More
