Enjoyed a lunch here with friends including an eggplant sandwich, BLTA and grilled chicken sandwich. All were very good.

There are better places for lunch and dinner but eat breakfast here. First of all, of course, it's the coffee... no better in town. Then it's the service... again it's the best. Finally, a nice variety of breakfast cuisine at reasonable prices and your central location perfect to start the day in Murphys. We eat here at least six times... More

Decent food, overpriced wine and ok service. Its supposed to be the best in town. I don't think so. Prices are a little high but average for Murphys. My wife liked it better than I did. 9 bucks for a mediocre house wine is just a little high for this hombre!

We are in Murphy's celebrating an anniversary. We are staying at the Dunbar House and Arlene recommended this to us very highly as did a co worker of my husband's. We were not disappointed. The wait staff was wonderful and very attentive. We told her what we wanted to eat and then helped us chose a wine. We weren't sure... More

I've never had a bad meal and I've been here many times. It's good for breakfast lunch and dinner:) and prices are reasonable. I used to live in the nearby town of sonora and I would drive to Murphy's to eat because they have much better options.

I go to many eateries in Murphys with my wife! Many reasons! I like relaxing places...not a lot of glowing bright lights, I'm a romantic idealist...that like candle lights vs spot lights! OUI! It is sorta like middle class with classy servers too! I like Steaks and my wife likes Salmon/chicken dinners! All kinds of Wines & beers! I love... More

This will be reasonably short, so many before me have told the truth, the whole truth . . . you know the rest. Have had many lunches here, always excellent and above everyone else's norm. Creative, great tasting, enthusiastically served and reasonably priced. I have never written a review for Grounds but have recommended them to many people with missionary... More

The food is amazing and the staff 5 Star. We enjoy the atmosphere and the ability to just kick back and take in the specialness of our visit (away from "normal day to day chaos"!
