This is a small restaurant where you can go throughout the day to get a descent sit-down Mexican meal. Their menu isn't huge, but they do well what they have. Their breakfast burritos are good and generous, and their lunch and dinner plates as well. The price is right! more
I read the rave reviews that put this at the top of Mountain View Mexican places, so when I got the chance, I tried it. Maybe it's because I have been an enthusiast for the funky little "La Costena" on Middlefield for many years, but I found Los Charros quite disappointing. The burritos are adequate, but the selection is limited... more

Best spot near Castro but I prefer the Los Charros that is on El Camino. Same owners, but the El Camino location has a full bar and is much more accommodating for large groups. more
Los Charros is the best!! They have the best prices and the servers are very friendly. They have another location not too far away on El Camino. more
Dont go for the ambiance, but for the wonderful home-style burritos and out of the world salsa. more
If you are looking for great carnitas, look no more. Los Charros carnitas are soooo flavorful- tender on the inside, crispy on the outside. I simply crave them, and go at least once per week. Very reasonably priced. They also offer a non-mexican kid's menu- very important for kids who will only eat chicken nuggets.... more
