If you want a margarita, it's going to come with wine. The first time I read the menu I was really disappointed. The wine margarita wasn't bad, but I certainly wouldn't recommend it. They open at 6:30am. My husband loves menudo and they serve it here on the weekends. He said it was okay, as it was missing something important.... More

Food is wonderful, service is ok. It can be a little slow to get waited on but overall good place to eat. Food is prepared as ordered, restaurant clean. We eat here at least once a month as a family. Carne Asada dinner is the best!

Los Charros is the first restaurant my family and I went to after we moved to downtown Mountain View. My kids were little - 1 and 3 years old. Los Charros is great if you've got kids because they are super fast with the food, so no time for hunger melt downs. They are inexpensive- $3 tacos. Best of all... More

Love this place for its authenticity and simplicity. The food is consistent and good. Make sure you order a fresh squeezed carrot juice... its so yum.

My partner and I come here about a once a month for some great, inexpensive Mexican food. If you are looking for more of a nice restaurant setting, this is not it, but if you are looking for good, simple and inexpensive authentic Mexican food, this is it. I typically order tacos - I've had fish, taco, and beef -... More

I thought the taste of the food was very authentic. It was a little crowded, but it was good.

My wife and I used to work in downtown Mountain View, and we'd eat at TLC at least once a week. We're huge fans of the gigantic burritos -- we typically go with the pollo asada Super Burrito, no sour cream, beans on the side (leaving meat, rice, quac, cheese, and salsa inside the tortilla). The food is reliably delicious,... More
