What a view

We met friends from San Francisco here while staying in HMB. It was their recommendation and we truly enjoyed it. The food was good, not great, but the view made up for any shortcomings on the plate. We started out on the patio, where there are fire pits lit when it is chilly, and then moved... read more

We stopped at this restaurant after reading about it on our trip along Highway .....and are so glad we did! The view is awesome! The food was delicious, and the history of the building was fascinating! The search for "the presence of the ghost" added to the ambience of this neat place! Fresh seafood is the specialty.....and everything we had... More

First off the location. Right on the water, with the fire pits and blankets outside it was so beautiful. The service was perfect! I wish I could remember her name, but our server was so friendly and really made this a great experience. The food is over the top good. The salted caramel ice cream is not to be missed.... More

Book & arrive at this restaurant before sunsets. Portions are BIG. Great service from a local young man who was very friendly. Ordered a few of the dishes, all awesome!

Went for the Sunday Brunch (make a reservation)... We had Salmon Benedict and Crab Cake Benedict. They came with small but overflowing fresh fruit salad cups (very refreshing), pastries, and unlimited champage or mimosa. The food was very good as was the service. But the delight is the view! We were fortunate to get a window table. The photo speaks... More

I came here for an early dinner on a Friday, after visiting the Fitzgerald Marine Reserve nearby. I had the Distillery Burger with sweet potato fries. My half-pound cheeseburger tasted great and the sweet potato fries were heavenly. The price of the meal was $16 before taxes and tips. It was comparable to what I pay at most other establishments.

Came because the location and description was listed on a map of restuarants given at our hotel. It is situated on a cliff overlooking the ocean. We had a great meal, fish and shrimp, and our waitress Susan L. gave us ample time to talk and linger over drinks, appetizers and the meal. Austin provided water when asked, renewed the... More

Oh the view!! The food was good - not great, but OMG the view is spectacular. It was even a foggy early evening and the fog was swirling in and out of the 180 degree view. Oh, and it is haunted too - so they say.

We had dinner here while staying at the nearby Seal Cove Inn. Perched on a bluff overlooking Moss Beach and the Pacific Ocean, the restaurant provides beautiful views of the coastline and makes for a perfect dinner spot to watch the sunset over the ocean. Our food was excellent, especially the skirt steak. There is a nice patio out back... More

We decided to give Moss Beach Distillery a try for lunch. Our ocean view was lovely and our servers were very attentive and friendly. The food was good, albeit a tad overpriced. We ordered the Fish and Chips and Fish Tacos. The fish and chips were good, not amazing and a little high priced as were the fish tacos. Even... More
