Four of us showed up for dinner, we put our name in a minutes later seated with a great view of the bay. Around 8.30pm the live jazz began and our night was completely enjoyable. The food was excellent, wine very good, service terrific.

The seafood was very good and the view was nice, but the Servers really didn't seem to care much about customer service.

We just had light snacks, it was great. It was packed as I think they have music every night. I know we got to enjoy that! The service was great. A must do when you are in Morro Bay! I so love Morro Bay!

We went here because it was supposedly dog friendly. Most of the bar staff were friendly and accommodating to us humans and our pooch, but our waitress didn't have much of a personality. The fish and chips were good - not greasy, but the burger was overcooked, dry and tasteless. Not impressed. Best part was the view.

We were driving through Morro Bay. The plan was to have breakfast than spend the morning at the beach for my nephew's first time on the beach. We used TripAdvisor to find a different restaurant but after driving by it didn't look children friendly, so we drove around the block and found this cute little place, Otter Rock Café. I'm... More

Loved that the café had non-meat options that were good to choose from. There was something on the menu for all ages and the food was Great. Will eat here again.

We, family with three children (6, 9 and 11 years) went here. To be honest, it was really bad. The drinks we ordered didn't taste good, the food was basically didn't taste anything. The one exception was the cheese burger, which was ok, but nothing more than that.

Our first time in the community. We were excited to walk the embarcadero and 'drink up' the atmosphere. We walked into the restaurant from the sidewalk. Although we were waved in, I think we surprised the bussing staff who were clearing the view table we'd chosen. From that point forward, the lunch never achieved a rhythm - the server was... More

My husband and kid loved their fish n chips and my clam chowder was pretty good. The waitress was attentive and we got in and out of their fairly quick. No complaints.

After dropping our son off at Sonoma State my wife and I made a last minute decision to stay one night in Morro Bay. Got there late so did not have too many choices of where to eat. That turned out to be good because it 'forced' us to stroll into Otter Rock Cafe. The place was rockin' out to... More
