Nice place great roast beef sandwich with horseradish and au jus. It's not cheap but it's good! Outdoor seating is perfect.

My husband and I were enjoying a leisurely walk on the waterfront in Morro Bay. We wandered in to see the beautiful cinnamon and pecan rolls that we could smell. They looked fresh and lovely; staff was very pleasant and not pushy. After wandering along the waterfront a bit longer, we decided we'd like a cinnamon and a pecan roll... More

This used to be our favorite restaurant in Morro bay, but has gone a little downhill. Prices up too high and quality down. We've given it three more tries.portions of meat on sandwich are smaller, but higher price. Quality not as good as it was in past.au jus too salty.

We were only in Morro Bay for one night and came across the Hofbrau first, we were starving after a long drive so went straight in. It was a great find, very friendly service, well laid out and spacious with a varied menu and great tasting food. The view over the Rock and estuary was amazing and we saw the... More

Our party of three wanted just enough to hold us over through the Christmas Flotilla's light show. We all had Fish and Chips, and everyone spoke well of their meal. Great malt vinegar on the table...just well presented. Passing by the sausages, soups, salad makings was torture, as I was hungry.

The local beers were just right to compliment the deep fried EVERYTHING. Squid is a very fickle meat to cook, too short ~ good, however just a little too long, a rubber band would be less chewy.... The pigeons cleaning the floor were a plus and all the kids thought it was a real thrill to watch..... The combination of... More

Enjoy a bowl of excellent clam chowder especially since there was about a 20 minute wait at Giovannis - usually have beef sandwiches here too, but cutting down on beef, chowder was a great value at $5.85/bowl, nice view, very casual

Typical Hof Brau layout and food. I must disclose that I am a vegetarian. Still found a few things in the menu to choose from. Settled on a veggie burger and my friend a fish n chips. Adequate servings, though nothing special. People around us seemed to be enjoying their meals. Beautiful views of the sunset.
