Admittedly, we only had take out from them but the cinnamon buns were warm and fresh and packed a lot of flavour. Must count for a lot!

Really enjoyed the French Toast Brulee. Wished we had brought our Lucky when we saw how dog friendly the restaurant was! This was like starting the day with dessert first!

Our stay at the adjoining Bayside Inn included two rolls to go each morning. We are not breakfast people and rarely eat sweets but these rolls were so good we may have to rethink that no sweets part :). Baked fresh each morning, they would be enough to justify this place all by themselves, but judging from the locals arriving... More

Overall the experience was a positive one. Our server was friendly and helpful. We ordered their specialty which is French Toast Souffle on the suggestion of our server. We also ordered the Ham and Brie omelet. The French toast had the consistency of bread pudding and was very tasty. The omelet was very fluffy which I liked but the ham... More

Had breakfast here twice and both were outstanding. Great selection and friendly service. All cooked just as you like it.

It's a bit pricey, but the food is excellent and prepared with style. It is a tiny, hole in the wall space right on the waterfront, but is as close to gourmet at you can find in Morro Bay. $$$

This is a small diner just adjacent to Morro Rock and the Harbor. They have indoor and outdoor seating (sit outdoors, it's beautiful). The food is not your run-of-the-mill diner breakfast. I had the breakfast burrito which had eggs, sausage (tasted artisinal/local not Farmer John's) cheese, potatoes, and green onions…I left off the mushrooms, but you don't have to. My... More

I cannot believe all the positive reviews of this restaurant. We were there for lunch and had the Chili, which was made with real cut up beef and good; but not extraordinary. The disaster was the "Hand Cut Turkey" sandwich. It was obviously a mass-produced commercial "Turkey Breast" roll and looked machine sliced. It was not quality turkey. The "stuffing"... More

Frankie and Lola's reminds me of an old-fashioned diner. It is a relaxing place to stop with a varied menu. Our group had the chili which was very good and the tri-trip sandwich, also very good. We'd stop there again.
