Great Food and nice view

I had the stuffed sole and it was delicious. Nice portions and good presentation. Fun wait staff and a laid back atmosphere. We were a large party and service was very good. All the food came out at the same time and correctly, even the special orders.

Nice place with great food. It would be great if they slowed down a bit between the meals. Very noisy, and difficult to hear doe to high ceiling

We took some time to compare restaurants and were a little scared off by the massive tourism and crowd on the pier. Therefore we chose for Massaro & Santos one pier further and we couldn't have made a better choice! We had a table on the terrace with a magnificent view on the bay, the fish boats and the sound... This is a great place and a well kept secret. Was kind of hard to find in the middle of the Marina, not on Fisherman's Wharf. I will go back anytime I am in Monterrey.

Nice place with all fresh ingredients. We had Crab, bouillabaisse (stock bit thin) and seafood pasta (not enough seasoning). Nice watching the seals swim on the beach while eating and can see the sea otters too.

Our last restaurant we chose to visit while in Monterey. We didn't like it nearly as much as The Monterey Fish House. We did try the local favorite "Sand-Dabs" which were very good. The chowder was OK -- nothing bad but it really didn't stand out to us. The service was fine and the location was great for viewing the... More

Just had an excellent meal at this place. Friendly staff, good and adequate recommendation for the wine that came in at a royal quantity. Highly recommendable. Strange that it is not ranked higher as this was the best place that we had dinner at in Monterey.

First time to Monterey and first restaurant of our trip. Weeknight visit, mid-June, so I don't know if it's too early for the busy season? What we loved: Overall a great experience. Our waitress was friendly and very competent. She was the only one working that night and covered 7 tables easily. The fresh fish (as entree and in the... More

This restaurant is out on a pier and offers a very nice view. The food is Excellent! My wife had the Scallops that were very large and very tasty. I had the calamari pasta and just loved it. Plenty of calamari and a very nice sauce. I could not finish the meal, and I am a big pasta lover. Don't... More

The view is phenomenal and we had the special - Monterey Bay Salmon caught "hours earlier." It was delicious with a light pesto sauce.
