Sweet lil place.

Stopped off here on a drive down the West coast. Full of charm. Staff are so friendly, really great staff! I have great memories of coming here, the whole day was a special one and stopping here, watching the seals, chilling out chatting with the team. I will go back one day, I'll bring... read more

My husband had a clam pasta and raved over the meal. I had a sausage ravioli and have never had such a tasty sauce. We went to this restaurant because we saw man leaving with a dog and asked him if it was dog friendly. You need to sit outdoors but they turned on the outdoor heat so we were... More

Nom nom nom. My second visit was just as great as the first. The staff...amazing! The food...feesh and awesome. I will return each time I visit Monterey. I came back a second time because my meal was amazing. Fresh seafood caught that day, you can't go wrong. I ordered the Halibut with Lemon Cappers...to die for. A must, when you... More

Lovely walk along the waterfront to the marina area, where there is the Massaro and Santos Restaurant. Service was quite slow to start...but the restaurant was packed. Once we got started though...the food came quickly. I had calamari, which was cooked beautifully...but the sauce was much sweeter than I cared for. I also had a great salad with greens and... More

We have eaten at tis restaurant in the past with family, including five children, always dicey. We have always had an outstanding experience there and last night did not disappoint. The parking is plentiful and not a worry. It may seem off the beaten path, but it's at the end of the pier or dock, right on he water, but... More

This restaurant is between the two main tourist areas of Fisherman's Warf and Cannery Row. There are many fine restaurants to choose from in the area, but we will always make a visit here when in the area. Besides a wonderful dinner menu and wine menu they have added several craft beers. The service is excellent as is the food.... More

We were staying at the Marina located by the restaurant and chose it because it was close by. But the food turned out to be a welcome surprise. Everything we had was first class. All the fish is fresh from Fisherman's wharf. I had the salmon and it was perfectly cooked. My husband had the special that included prawns, scallops,... More

Great food. Casual, attentive service. I had the Putanesca and it had just the right amount of spice. We ate on the deck, and the view was spectacular: whales and sea lions.

We had a great seafood meal at Massaro and Santos this October. We had been here a few times before in years past and dined well. This time the food was even better than we remembered. We particularly enjoyed the calamari and its slightly spicy sauce. Our entrees were great, a crab louie and the sand dabs, and the creme... More
