Paris Bakery has two locations to better serve you. One is located in downtown Monterey, two blocks from Alvarado; and the other is in the center of Seaside on Broadway Ave. We are open seven days a week and offer indoor and outdoor seating for your convenience. We make a large variety of baked goods: fresh breads, breakfast pastries, cookies and French pastries. We use the best espresso and coffee beans for your coffee drinks to go with our exquisite pastries. We also have an amazing lunch menu with daily specials. We serve sandwiches, salads, soups, wraps, panini and a lot more. We also serve wine and beer. We make all products fresh daily from scratch, with all-naturals ingredients without preservatives or additives. We have been in business for more than 26 years. Family business. 271 Bonifacio Plaza, Monterey: open at 6am daily. 1232 Broadway Ave., Seaside: open at 7am daily.

Beautiful and delicious offerings of every sort. Could there be anything unappetizing here? It is all fabulous. Warning: Dangerous for those who can't make up their mind. Try the croissants they are scrumptious. It does get busy there even during the week. We really enjoyed the food.

Cute little bakery with a huge selection of baked goods. There are some tables if you want to eat there. You order from the counter. We've had the ham and cheese croissant, the breakfast croissant with eggs and spinach, the apple turnover, bear claw. pecan something and several other sweets. They were all excellent. The pecan dessert was a little... More

Their cakes may look pretty to some people, but rather look dull to me. Ordered two different pieces - nothing to blame about, but nothing exciting about either. Taste not overly sweet, but not great or delicate either. Not disappointing, but their cakes are simply and extremely boring. Additionally the counter stuff was not well trained.. She couldn't answer any... More

Ever since we discovered this place, we come three or four ties a year when we apostasy at Pajaro Dunes in Watsonville. Their quiche is great. You can even order one to go. The pasteries are to die for. My soninlaw used to get the mini fruit tart. Now he orders the big one and eats the whole thing! My... More

Although we have lived on the Monterey Peninsula for many years this is the first time we ate a meal in the Cafe. My husband had a chicken sandwich that he really enjoyed, and I had the Croque Monsieur, heated, which was very tasty. There are so many selections there that you could have a different lunch there for many... More

Delicious pastries but not a lot else. Went for breakfast but only ended up with coffee and pastries. If that's what you're looking for, this is the right place. If you want more, consider a different option.

Beautiful presented cakes, and baked goods. Something for all tastes. Mouthwatering, hard to choose and definitely bad for the waist line. Great salads, soups and sandwiches. We had lunch at the Paris Bakery and were so happy to have found this gem. Whenever we are in Monterey this will be our first stop. It is nearby to the Aquarium and... More

For our wedding weekend, in order to make things easier for the bridal party, we place group orders for 2 breakfasts and 1 lunch so we can feed everyone. The pastries were amazing! Some of the best I've had. The service was really great as well in accommodating our request. Must return when we are in the area next time!
