Fabulous home cooked and baked food for brunch/lunch etc. Forget about any other well known places nearby and go here instead!

Went there three times in three days. 3 or 4 sidewalk tables, and limited seating inside; get there early. The food was very good with ample portions, the sausage and chorizo fritatas were very good without being greasy. Everyone on the staff was friendly and even came outside frequently to refill the coffees.

Great place for breakfast. All of their food is fresh from the farmers market. They say they aren't known for one dish but they should be known for their homemade granola. Order that with the fruit and yogurt and it is a meal all by itself.

We were Brazilians visiting California and absolutely loved this place. Come and check for your self.

We went to the Wild Plum for lunch on a Friday. We didn't have to wait for a table. The sitting area is small and it was full of activity—big trays of catered baked goods going out, and handtrucks full of boxes of vegetables coming in. Service was friendly and a little scattered (they have urns of self-serve coffee out,... More

Found this place around the corner from our hotel, the Abergo. The restaurant is in behind the Denny's. Anyways the omellets I had were fantastic and the pancakes that my wife had were also quite good. Good pastries, muffins, cookies, etc. and excellent coffee. Try it you will like it I am sure.

We tried to eat here two times over the long weekend. It was way too busy so we came back on Sept 6 and 7 for breakfast. I also bought a muffin to go. The food is very tasty, and fresh. The waiters on both days were attentive and pleasant. I had the potato skillet which was fabulous and the... More

We arrived to a full house around 11:30 so we opted to sit outside. Service was good in terms of attentiveness, but we never got offered water, had to steal salt and pepper from other tables, and never were offered jam or other topping for the toasted bread. The owner was delightful in patiently taking our drink orders as we... More

Found this for breakfast via TripAdvisor the last morning in Monterey! The place is around the corner from Denny's on a quiet side street. Awesome breakfast with locally grown organic produce, meats, and home made bakery items! A must if visiting Monterey!

We used this place whilst staying over the road at Casa Munras. The service was a bit his and miss as it is a popular place but the food is very tasty and at a decent price. It has a very pleasant rustic feel and is good for a relaxed breakfast. Did not try the lunch menu but I expect... More
