Our first time here, but we will be back. Good size breakfasts, with a lot of variety on the menu. Seems like a lot of locals/regulars go here, as the servers seem to know quite a few of the customers. Great food and very good service. There is free parking in the back, although the spaces are kind of small.

Fantastic diner food. NOT greasy unhealthy food, but well cooked and delicious. The price was pretty low and completely worth it. One pancake is enough for most people. The french toast was excellent, and the omelets are either made with six eggs or some equivalent of enormous eggs. Polite staff and super quite first thing in the morning.

Centrally and conveniently located in town with a good choice of offerings. Very efficient and friendly staff. This is obviously a popular venue for casual eating.

Nice food, good prices. You'll probably have to queue as it's a very popular place but we didn't wait longer than 10 minutes. The staff are lovely especially the lady that runs the cafe.

We were looking for a local favorite, and we found it, Great breakfast in a wonderful part of old-town, walking distance to the Cooper-Molera Adobe.

We've eaten here several times over the years and have always found their food to be good and the price to be reasonable. If your not into 3-egg omelets (we're not). You can build your own plate with 1, 2 or 3 eggs with a variety of meats and sides for a fair price. They open early and the coffee... More

Nice portions, great food, good service. Place can use a bit of cleaning up (sticky tables) but other than that would return. Delish meal all the way around. An old fashioned coffee house. We liked it. Had a club sandwich, soup, corned beef hash and eggs benedict. Very good.

We had a short wait (5-10 minutes), the place was packed. The menu has a huge variety. Our table had strawberry pancakes, banana pancakes, chocolate chip pancakes, and a breakfast combo of hashbrowns, eggs and calamari. Everyone was happy with their food. My husbands only complaint was the coffee. He stated it had a funny taste, similar to the water.... More

We had a delicious breakfast here - large portions, good quality food and great service! If you're a deprived Midwesterner who rarely gets fresh avocados, I highly recommend their Californian omelet - the avocados were fantastic! We would definitely return here if we pass through Monterey in the future!

Found us a table within 20 seconds of being there, even though it was packed. Service quick and efficient, food was yummy and very large portions. The only downside, the coffee was not that great. Another tip: Offer free range eggs for your omelette and fresh juices.
