Didn't even know this place was there, but I can tell you that All my friends and family will know of it. We were treated very well even at the door and until we left. The food was prepared as ordered with no surprises. The service was very good, the waiter was knowledgeable of his menu. and the prices were... More

Excellent pasta dishes, beautiful outdoor balcony tables facing the Pacific Ocean -a wonderful experience. Average meal between $18-25. Service was excellent.

We really enjoyed the fresh Mahi with veggies dish. They also make tasty clam chowder. We had a spill and the manager was quick to make sure the kids meal was replaced even though the spill was our fault.

Ate dinner here last week during our visit to the area. Had a good view of the bay....food was ok, and the server was accommodating and attentive.

Average food but no atmosphere as we were put in the back room, 8 tables in the back but only us and another group sitting at them. So no view and felt very much like a café rather than a restaurant but at restaurant prices. Kids enjoyed the pizza and meat balls which was a blessing and the food came... More

Been there last night - the choice contains few Monterey classics (chowder etc) some italian dishes and some "fusion dishes" (fish tacos....). The ambient is ok, the waiting stuff nice, the food fills you up and does not really break the bank, but that is feeding rather than dining. If you have the time go up a couple of rows... More

We had begun to sense a theme in our visit to California- overpriced mediocre food. The meal at Louie Linguini's, however, far surpassed our expectations! We ordered the fresh local calamari at the recommendation of our waiter, Daniel, and were very pleased with it. My (suddenly creative) husband asked for ranch dip and a spicy dip, mixed it, and we... We stopped in for lunch after receiving a sample of the clam chowder downstairs on the street. The service was very good and the clam chowder was excellent.

Had great view overlooking the bay and watched the sunset and then the boats fishing for squid with their lights ablaze. Pleasant service. My seafood pasta was ok, and my partners fish (Bass or Tilapia I cant remember) was nicely cooked although maybe over-sauced, which was a theme during our 2wk US stay. Bill for 2 including a couple of... More
