This place has been around a long time. British pub theme. Beverages are good. We ordered fish and chips which can only be described as fair. Soggy batter and squishy fish. Calamari nothing special. Clam Chowder and bread was the best offering we had.

Visited this place based on a recommendation from another website. We were not disappointed at all. It had nautical theme of ships and anchor decor. I particularly liked the big galleon ship in the glass case. Their waitresses were wearing English flag bow ties. Try the following: Plymouth platter - big serving and I think it's meant to be shared... More

My boyfriend and I visited this lovely restaurant after hiking in Big Sur. We had spent the night out in the wilderness and were hungry for something hot. Knowing how much I love all things British he suggested we eat here. The staff was very nice, seated us and were attentive. They did not mind that we were walking in... More

I met a lady on the plane while traveling here who told me of this place...it is her favorite. She has lived here for over 30 years. As she was telling me about it, the guy in the seat behind us piped up and said she was correct. Well now after having been there myslef last night with my daughter,... More

When I travel, I tend to gravitate to these types of places for a reasonably priced meal at the bar. This more than filled that need. I went right in the middle of the Giants quest in the World Series and the ruckus was understandable. Even with this, I did get a good seat at the bar, the beer was... More

Love this place! Happened in by accident one night simply for a drink after the movie nest door ... but every single time we come the food is great and service even better. BEST.CURRY.sauce.ive.ever.had!! Hands down. Spicy is best! Oh ...and the decorations! Christmas rocks here ... but Halloween equally cute!

Although we only went here for drinks and appitizers, the food was good and served hot. The staff was very attentive and made sure our drinks, tea, water and soda were always full, which is rare for an eating establishment. Anymore, you almost have to beg for refills. Try their chili or clam chowder. You won't be disappointed.

Went for a drink and loved this place. It had the feel of a real English Pub. Great atmosphere, good beer, friendly clientele and bartender. Sorry we didn't stay for the food. It looked like it would have been good, genuine, English pub food . Maybe next time.

Stopped here for diner on our first night in town as it was right across from our hotel. The salads and appetizer of the day were excellent. Unfortunately, our meals (burger and meatloaf) were, at best, average. The service was good and our server was extremely nice.

We've been coming here for dinner annually for the past ten years and always look forward to their fish and chips. The menu advertised beer battered fish (which it has been in the past), but these were definitely breaded, thin filets, and quite a bit smaller portions overall than in the past. I think for $14, I shouldn't be leaving... More
