Friendly staff, cozy dining area. Enjoyed a wonderful breakfast in the mornings. Good wines in the evening.

We came in late and they served us dinner at closing that was very good. Friendly staff. Wine choices were very good. Nice, modern restaurant.

The restaurant staff was exceptional, especially Laura and Angelica who were attentive, helpful, and friendly. The food was delicious and the ambiance peaceful. I highly recommend the Cafe Abrego.

The fresh ingredients are all local, the sardines exceptional and the stuffed mushrooms exquisite. We recommend the garlic fries and daily soup creation.

You walk in the lobby of the Hotel Abrego and off to the right is a wine bar and fireplace, a cluster of cozy tables, doors open to a patio, sunlight filters in. Its like a large nook...each seating a personal place of comfort. In the morning, the modestly priced breakfast bar is all gourmet...delicious pastries, fruit, tea and coffee... More

enjoy the fireplace and nice lounge area but skip the food. Crab cakes tasted like celery, like the whole stalk! Quesadilla was terrible and the salad was overdressed and soggy. It's not bad food, just not good food and for the price, skip it!

well balanced menue with good options, nice wine and good service - especially so as waiter was getting hassled by a large group of French!

We had breakfast here and it was very good value. $10 buffet with fruit, freshly made omelette (or scrambled egg), bacon sausage, pancakes, yoghurt and cereals - coffee included (I like it stronger though) Much better value than Denny's across the street.

We were there for dinner and the food was not that good. We had the short ribs prixe fixe dinner, which sounded good but tasted like beef stew meat. Ewww. The portions were very small too. Not a bad deal for a hotel restaurant, and the ambiance was great, but there are better places to eat for the same price.
