Coco's has been here forEVER. Really good breakfast, try the multigrain pumpkin pancakes, you won't be sorry. Also grab an Oat Bran muffin on your way out, another winner. Had lunch last trip, good but not quite up to the morning fare. Only problem is the service. Disorganized seating system, or they're understaffed. Waited 20 minutes to be seated in... More

The salads were fresh and good and our main courses were ok but the super slow service was strange. Plenty of help from our viewpoint but they all move around like uncaring snails. Staff was polite just very slow.

Our hotel room neighbors told us about the cocos in pacific grove and the care they take in food preparation and customer service..so we tried it. And we tried it and we tried it. Over and over again. First of all we head to small am and pay locals places for incredible breakfast meals. Very happy. Cocos was great. I... More

The waiter got my wife's and my order wrong, they brought me out the wrong drink, they microwaved my biscuits and potatoes, and they were not very hospitable. I could tell they microwaved my food because the biscuits were soggy and sweaty, my potatoes were fried with no crisp only a soft texture. My wife ordered the French toast with... More

I went to Coco's with pretty low expectations, but I figured I could get a good omelet and some pancakes. I was promptly seated at the counter. The servers then debate in front of me, in Spanish (which I'm sure they assumed I couldn't understand) for about 3 minutes over who would be serving me, since apparently they trade up... More

Coco's Restaurant & Bakery is a great spot for any meal of the day. Super for breakfast especially for gluten challenged diners. There is usually a wait for a table regardless of the time of day, but it is worth it. Fresh bakes pies for only $8. Wish we were hungry enough after breakfast to buy one. They looked delicious!... We had a wonderful breakfast here in Monterey. Three blocks up from the Aquarium. The service it top notch and the food very good. Great place to start your day in Monterey. Good enough to go two days in row..

No hostess, waited several minutes to be seated. The food was up to Coco' standards but the service was very poor. Long wait for waitress and then she never checked back with me. There were 6 tables I counted that had not been cleared the entire time I was at the restaurant. Felt like I was dining in a garbage... More
