FANTASTIC CRAB

I'll start with the great - HUGE crabs! And service was fantastic! I had the special- fish tacos - just the right amount of fish & spice- delicious. The only negative was the seating. I felt very welcome & was seated quickly at a small table near the window. What a great view of the sea lions, pelicans & gulls! My waiter Don was polite & knowledgeable. I took his suggestion & ordered the grilled seafood platter with salmon, cod & prawns. The portion was large with a delicious picata style sauce, seasoned rice... More

There are people who offer samples of their clam chowder in front of their restaurants in Monterey. As I was hungry, I stopped to sample. Their chowder with the fresh herbs was very good. As a result, I decided to look at their twilight menu choices. I happily found a good shrimp and tilapia combination dinner at a nice twilight... More

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I have been to almost all of the places on the wharf and this place is by far the worst. It is run by some people who spoke in some eastern European language in front of the guests. They were really rude. When we asked to be seated with a water view, they flat out said,... More

Very nice staff. Menu is small. Oysters not good. Coconut shrimp wasn't good...Hardly any coconut and over cooked. The free calamari was blah. Bathroom very small and not clean. Tight Tight Tight inside.

Wonderful food! Place was jammed packed on a Tuesday night, which shows its The spot to eat. Food portions are huge and tasty. Service was incredible, Josephine, Thank you!

After a great Whale Watching Tour, my daughter and I were looking for somewhere to have lunch. While you are walking in the pier area, many reps of the restaurants are out with coupons trying to entice you to come to their place. Crab Louise was offering free calamari, so we gave it a try. We had great service, and... More

This tiny place is big on taste! I've eaten clams and linguine at almost every restaurant on Fisherman's Wharf and I was pleasantly surprised by the version chef Rick Beidoun prepared for me. It was delicate, lemony and topped with fresh chopped tomato. I was expecting the usual heavy garlic, salt and wine flavor that most chefs in Monterey serve.... More

Menu sounded good, staff was nice. Sadly the food lacked. Fried food was overcooked and added sauce to Halibit was overdone. Our mistake and wont make it again. Prices were ok for location.

Service was great (for a while, we were the only people in the place since it was early). We had breakfast there. Food was average. We had great views of some pelicans from the window at our table.
