New Chefs in the Kitchen Make food Hit or Miss

Their hot-and-sour soup is my favorite. Except this time with new chefs in the kitchen clearly making things slightly differently even if the recipes are the same, it was so thick it didn't taste as good, and so peppery or spicy (MSG maybe?) that I had a bad headache afterwards. Why can't they... read more

I've been to many PF Chang's over the years in different states. This one was very lack luster and forgettable...just nothing special. We waited quite a while for our table, the server was nice, but not memorable, as was the food. We started out with the chicken lettuce wraps and were very disappointed that they do not make the sauce... More

Sad. I have been to many of PF Changs. Is my go to place for Chinese. Its the first one that the food just does not taste the same. Bland poor quality. I ordered my favorite Kung Pao Chicken. The sizes of the pieces of chicken were all over the place. The service was great but they definitely need to... More

I guess I am spoiled with all the good Chinese food in the area but unless you like really small salty portions for a whole lotta money try to find some where else to go.

Ask for Celeste if you want fantastic service!! The food was fresh, innovative, and tasty. I hadn't been to PF Chang's in a while so the menu had a lot of new choices -- I can't wait to return and try some more of them!

We booked on line and indicated it was a birthday celebration. 1. The green tea arrived luke warm. We complained and were told others had complained also. 2. The replacement green tea was no hotter and the server then explained it was the hottest water she could get from the faucet, but she would micro-wave the water to get it... More

Everything I have ever had here is good. You wont get gourmet, but it is decent. The service is usually very good and things can get a bit pricey, but its a place to get away from the mall crowds and kind of relax. Try the spicier dishes, you might actually like them. With two people order at least two... More

Had a birthday dinner there. Good was good and great service. I highly recommend the Shrimp with Candied Walnuts. It's really amazing. We ordered a large bowl of soup that easily fed five of us. I am a relatively large eater and was surprised at the amount of soup they served. With a group of approximately six people you can... More

We chose to try this restaurant because the outdoor area looked nice from the shopping center. We were disappointed when we were seated - pretty noisy road traffic multiplied because the patio walls were glass. This was just before sunset so we hoped for nice cocktails and snacks before dinner. This place had no specials of any kind - food... More

It would probably be a good restaurant if I could eat the oils they cook with. Can't because of allergies and I asked them to cook with a substitute but they wouldn't do it. I can tolerate some cross contamination so simply sauteing with my preferred oil would have been fine - but no go. Every item is either sauteed... More
