I was expecting at least great steaks here, but I was a bit disappointed. If you want a decent piece of raw meat, Black Angus is better place. Also service could be nicer and more responsive here. My Rib eye was big, but not tender enough, and was done medium instead of medium-rare, despite my order.

The breakfast was good. Portions were huge, much bigger than expected. I got the homemade sausage patties, they lived up to the description on menu (family recipe). Fresh orange juice was very expensive, $5, and coffee wasn't very good. Overall, a good place to have breakfast.

Good old fashion Amercian cooking. Massive portions, simple food. The service is prompt and comes with a smile. This is just a good classic Amercian Diner that does the basics and does then well.

Black Bear does not disappoint; you know what you are getting and the portions are huge. The wait staff at this location are consistently on top of service and there appears to be little staff turnover. We have only done breakfast but hear from close friends that lunch or dinner doesn't disappoint.

Black Bear Diner has great food, and big portions. They have a little less section on their menu (which I order from), and you can ask changes to your dish without charge. The decor is very nice, with lots of stuffed bears everywhere. There is a jukebox from which you can choose music to play from for free, and a... More

This was the first time dining at this restaurant. We were greeted with a little paper from the past. Inside was the menu. Little bears are hanging from ropes and the bear theme is everywhere. Very cute place. Service was very good. Food (we were there for breakfast) was excellent. Loved the California omelette and pancakes! Prices were average. Would... More
