Packed at 8:30 am

We stayed near here and stopped here before heading to SFO. Oh my, it was take a number time at 8:30 in the morning. Lots of people apparently do take out breakfast but we did manage to get a nice table. Staff was pleasant and didn't make us feel rushed. I usually don't do breakfast but I did the... read more

well established and an institution when I moved to Millbrae in 1966 and still going strong, almost unchanged. They could borrow the motto of another old-established Millbrae business: they must be doing someting right. Nothing fancy: just pancakes and other breakfast offerings, served quickly and pleasantly in generous portions in the same booths they were using almost half a century... More

Quick service, with fluffy pancakes, and all kinds of other choices of wonderful breakfast ideas. Their Corned Beef Hash was one of the best I've ever tasted, and I've tried many. Portions are huge, so come hungry!

Walk into this pancake house and you'll experience a welcoming staff and good food. The food was quick to be served and cooked just the way it was ordered. Service was impeccable as our coffee cups never went empty. The only picture I can submit is that of an empty plate, that's a good day.

The food was great & inexpensive, great staff, very good service. They make you feel like a local. It has a home town place feel to it.

I tried one of my favorite breakfast places yesterday. Needless to say, I was sadly disapointed! The food was ok but the service was awefully lacking. After a minamal wait for coffee, it finally came. My waitress was short but not sweet. After our food came in, she was gone never to be seen again. The place was not busy,... More

Such neat neighborhood type of breakfast place. Staff are very friendly. Food was really good. Portion was huge. Menu has a good selection of waffle, pancake, omelette. Very generous with their strawberries on the waffle in my opinion. Price is very reasonable for such large portion. I love the buttermilk waffle, texture is just right. I also ordered 2 eggs... This happens to be very close to the SF airport, and I picked up a friend who had a long layover for brunch. I was surprised that the place was packed, but on a weekday, we were seated right away. The portions for the price were very large. Everything from the potatoes to the pancakes were delicious. I have never... More

Had breakfast here for the first time on Saturday. Though we had to wait 25 minutes for a table - it is worth the wait! The Chocolate Chip pancakes are OUT OF THIS WORLD GOOD!!!! The service is good, the food is good and the place was full. I plan to come back for lunch and dinner too. Also, the... More

メニューに「Made from scratch, the same way we've been making them since 1959.」とあり期待したがそこまでではないかな。
