Blueberry Pancakes... just get them!

Minus one dot because the staff sometimes forgets you are there. I had to go get a water and coffee refill myself at the station. - several times. This is an eatery which 'has been discovered.' Unlike some in this category, the food is still great, and it is clear why it is packed. Great omelets and pancakes.

The service is not that great. But the pancakes are worth the stop. It's a real local place - not fancy. It's like the old pancakes houses in the 60's to 70's. Take the next exit to Millbrae after the Airport. The food is really good!

Long-established mom-and-pop neighborhood breakfast eatery in the best American style. Extensive menu of egg and pancake dishes, very reasonable prices. Wait staff and other employees friendly and welcoming, never met a stranger. Patrons of all social echelons having a good meal in a bright, airy atmosphere.

This place was not fancy at all, which is great, and the food was really good too. Seemed like a very local place and filled with happy customers. Great menu with salads, soups, and not just pancakes and morning food. It was close to our hotel and we ended up eating dinner and breakfast there, happy campers. My husband raved... More

My daughter and I had breakfast here on 6/25. Great menu and the food quality was good. Most selections come loaded with pancakes, hash browns, toast, in addition to the main course, so bring your appetite! I was also impressed with the service, especially the coffee guy who came by regularly and remembered my request for brown sugar. Overall, very... More

Not as great as people want it to be, but not bad. Breakfast is decent, but lunch and dinner are pretty much given over to heating up Sysco stuff. The chicken fried steak is atrocious and the gravy comes from a powder.

We thoroughly enjoyed this classic breakfast spot last week. As you walk in the door the you travel back to 1959. This is no re-creation of a retro pancake house; this is the real thing still going strong! The copper-tone lamps and knotty pine walls are a prelude to the great service, endless hot coffee and platters of eggs and... More

We stopped in on the way down to Carmel by the Sea. I had french toast, my husband had blueberry pancakes and my son had corned beef hash. The portions were huge and all of the entrees were tasty and delicious. The pancakes were chock full of blueberries with more on the top. The french toast was texas raisin toast... More

My favorite place in the area for a good, big, fast breakfast. The pancakes are big and good, especially when you ask for the boysenberry syrup! Get the pancakes as your side to replace the toast....what a deal. Service is friendly and fast....great way to get ready for a long plane ride out of SFO.
